While working for Northstar Communications Group (a cable network installation provider that was bought out by AFL), I ran Deltek processes, and worked on a new employee hire application.

The ASP.NET project was initiated to manage the hiring of new employees. It featured an application layer that worked in conjunction with existing SQL Server Databases, and even sent out email notices to the next person in the chain of the hiring process. The project was in the initial review phases when NorthStar was bought out by AFL, and as such, my top priorities were adjusted to create documentation of existing business processes for the new business partners.
